1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration
You may open only one account per household, IP address and payment method. All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. The minimum deposit is $20 AUD. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and a minimum request of $30 AUD. We will process withdrawal requests within 24 hours; bank processing times are beyond our control. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation before processing large withdrawals.
5. Bonus Terms
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements detailed on the bonuses page. Bonuses must be claimed within 7 days of deposit. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of claiming a bonus. Games contribute different percentages towards wagering: pokies 100%, live casino table games 10%, video poker 5%. Maximum bet with an active bonus is $10 AUD per spin/round. Winnings derived from Free Spins are subject to a 20x wagering requirement. We reserve the right to void bonuses and winnings where abuse is detected.
6. Responsible Gambling

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following are prohibited: using automated software, bots or scripts; collusion; chip dumping; exploiting software errors or game bugs; creating accounts using false information; depositing funds of illegal origin. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
8. Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Pending genuine balances will be paid out within 5 business days of account closure, subject to KYC verification. We reserve the right to close accounts for breach of these terms, without advance notice where required for security or regulatory reasons.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. 10. Governing Law
